1. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on Livelihood books, workbooks or Livelihood Founder Blueprint courses.

Why. Our products are delivered digitally and can be read, watched or downloaded straight away. So that you can decide with confidence before you pay, we offer the Livelihood Founder Blueprint Free Email Course at no cost. It shows you the teaching, the tone and the kind of exercises you will receive. Please take it before you buy.

What this covers

Ebook and workbook (digital editions), including pre-orders. Pre-ordered files are emailed on the release date shown at checkout.
Online Intensive (the self-paced video course), whether paid in full or by monthly payments.
Master Class, recorded or live.
Extensive and group or church licences.

Payment plans. If you choose monthly payments, you agree to make every payment. Access may be paused if a payment fails and is restored when it is paid.

Live events. A seat at a live Master Class or Extensive is not refundable. If you cannot attend, you may give your seat to another person by emailing us at least 48 hours before the event. If we cancel or reschedule an event, you may choose a full refund or a seat at a later date.

Printed books. Paperbacks bought from Amazon or from a bookstore are covered by that retailer’s own return policy, not this one.

When we will put things right. We will correct the problem or refund you if:

you were charged twice for the same order;
your files or course access were not delivered on the promised date, or cannot be opened, and we are unable to fix this within seven days of your email to us; or
a refund is required by the consumer-protection law that applies to you.

How to reach us. Email livelihood@anvillife.com with your order email address and a short description of the problem. We reply within three business days.

2. Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Livelihood ebook, the Livelihood Workbook and the Livelihood Founder Blueprint courses (“the materials”), published by Anvil Life, the publishing name of Franklin Ikenna Nwaubani, Ontario, Canada.

Your licence. When you buy, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own learning and your own business. You may print workbook pages for your own use.

What is not allowed. You may not share your login, copy or resell the materials, post them online, record the lessons, or teach them to a group, unless you hold a group or church licence.

Group and church licences. A group licence lets one named leader run the program for the number of people shown at purchase, for one run of the program. The leader may share the participant pages with that group only.

Educational purpose. The materials teach principles and frameworks. They are not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and they do not promise any business result. Speak to qualified professionals before making decisions about your company, money or taxes.

Access. We may suspend access if these terms are broken. We aim to keep course areas available at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted access.

Refunds. See the Refund Policy above.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

3. Privacy Notice

What we collect. Your name and email address when you join the waitlist or buy; your country and order details when you buy; and your progress inside a course.

Why. To deliver what you ordered, to send the free email course you asked for, and to tell you about Livelihood books and courses.

Who handles it. Our pages, emails and course areas run on Systeme.io. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We do not sell your information.

Emails. We email you only if you asked us to or bought from us. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and it works at once.

Your choices. You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing livelihood@anvillife.com.
